These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Sacred Beauty Life website, services, events, programs, sessions, communications, and digital materials.

By using sacredbeauty.life, purchasing a service, registering for an event, or participating in a Sacred Beauty Life offering, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

ADULT-ONLY SERVICES

The Sacred Beauty Life website and services are intended exclusively for adults who are 18 years of age or older.

By purchasing or participating in a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.

OUR SERVICES

Sacred Beauty Life may offer spiritual life coaching, Reiki, angelic healing, meditation, sound experiences, Sound Baths, aromatherapy, chakra and crystal practices, workshops, events, educational resources, and related spiritual wellness services.

Services may be provided by Sacred Beauty Life facilitators, coaches, practitioners, contractors, or invited professionals.

Offerings and availability may change at any time. The description presented at the time of purchase will determine what is included in a particular service or program.

IMPORTANT MEDICAL AND MENTAL-HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Sacred Beauty Life provides spiritual, educational, personal-development, and general wellness services.

Our services are not medical care, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, physical therapy, crisis intervention, legal advice, or a replacement for care from a qualified licensed professional.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or mental-health conditions. No statement on our website, in a session, or in our materials should be interpreted as a medical claim or guarantee of a health outcome.

Never discontinue, delay, or change medical or mental-health treatment because of information received through Sacred Beauty Life. Consult an appropriately licensed professional regarding any health concern, diagnosis, medication, treatment, or therapeutic need.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. If you are experiencing emotional distress or a mental-health crisis in the United States, call or text 988. Sacred Beauty Life communications are not monitored as an emergency service.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Participation in all services is voluntary. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, physical and emotional well-being, and the manner in which you apply information or practices shared through our services.

You may decline any activity or stop participating if you experience discomfort or feel that an activity is not appropriate for you.

Spiritual perspectives and practices are offered as invitations for personal reflection. You are encouraged to use your own discernment and participate only in ways that respect your beliefs, values, needs, and well-being.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Before participating, consult a qualified healthcare professional if you are pregnant, have a significant medical or mental-health condition, have a history of seizures, experience sound or fragrance sensitivity, use an implanted medical device, have a current injury, or have any concern about your ability to participate safely.

Before a session or event, inform us of relevant allergies, fragrance sensitivities, hearing sensitivities, physical limitations, injuries, pregnancy, or other conditions that may affect your participation.

Aromatherapy may involve essential oils or fragrances that can cause sensitivities or allergic reactions. Products offered during a service are not intended for ingestion.

You agree to follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the facilitator.

COACHING SERVICES

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support reflection, clarity, personal growth, goal development, and conscious action. It is distinct from psychotherapy, counseling, and other licensed healthcare services.

The client is responsible for determining personal goals, making decisions, completing optional exercises, and choosing whether and how to implement insights discussed during coaching.

When a concern falls outside the appropriate scope of coaching, Sacred Beauty Life may recommend that the client seek support from a qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional.

Specific coaching programs may require a separate written Coaching Agreement describing scheduling, communication, confidentiality, payments, and program expectations.

NO GUARANTEES

Individual experiences and results vary. Sacred Beauty Life does not guarantee a particular emotional, spiritual, physical, financial, relationship, career, or personal-development outcome.

Testimonials and personal experiences represent individual opinions and results and do not guarantee that another person will experience the same outcome.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is required at the time of booking or according to the payment plan established for a program.

Clients enrolled in a payment plan remain responsible for scheduled payments according to their written agreement. Failure to make a payment may result in the suspension of sessions or access to program materials.

Prices, services, and promotional offers may change, but changes will not affect purchases already completed unless agreed upon by both parties.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND MISSED SESSIONS

Private appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled starting time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may be nonrefundable and may result in the loss of that session.

Rescheduling is subject to availability. Repeated rescheduling or missed appointments may result in termination of the service or program.

Events, workshops, group Sound Baths, and special programs may have additional cancellation policies displayed at registration. When an offering has a specific written policy, that policy will apply.

If Sacred Beauty Life cancels a paid session or event and cannot provide a reasonable alternative date, the affected payment will be refunded or credited.

REFUNDS

Completed sessions and services are nonrefundable.

Because time, preparation, program space, and materials are reserved for each client, coaching-program payments may become nonrefundable once the program has begun, except where required by law or otherwise stated in a written Coaching Agreement.

Digital materials that have been accessed, delivered, downloaded, or viewed are nonrefundable unless required by law.

BETWEEN-SESSION COMMUNICATION

Between-session communication may be included in certain coaching programs through email, Voxer, or another designated platform.

This support is not unlimited, immediate, or available 24 hours a day. Unless otherwise stated in writing, messages will be reviewed during established business hours and generally answered within one business day.

Between-session communication is not an emergency, medical, therapeutic, or crisis-support service.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We treat information shared during private sessions with care and respect. However, confidentiality is not absolute and may be limited when:

• Disclosure is required by law.

• There is a credible concern involving serious and immediate harm.

• Reporting is legally required.

• Information is needed to protect our legal rights.

• The client gives permission to disclose information.

Email, Zoom, Voxer, payment processors, and other third-party platforms maintain their own privacy and security practices. No electronic communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

DIGITAL MATERIALS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website content, recordings, videos, meditations, exercises, worksheets, program materials, graphics, photographs, text, branding, and other original Sacred Beauty Life materials are protected intellectual property.

Materials are provided for the purchaser’s personal, noncommercial use. They may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, taught, sold, distributed, published, uploaded, or shared with others without written permission.

Private and unlisted video links may not be shared outside the client’s program.

PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDING, AND TESTIMONIALS

Private sessions will not be photographed, recorded, or publicly shared by Sacred Beauty Life without permission.

Testimonials, photographs, recordings, or personal stories will be used for promotional purposes only with the participant’s consent.

Participants may not record a private session, workshop, event, or other participants without prior permission.

RESPECTFUL CONDUCT AND TERMINATION

Participants are expected to communicate and behave respectfully.

Sacred Beauty Life reserves the right to refuse or end services when there is harassment, threatening or unsafe behavior, repeated nonpayment, continued policy violations, or when the service is no longer appropriate for the client’s needs.

Any unused prepaid amount will be handled according to the applicable written agreement and governing law.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website and services may use or link to third-party platforms, including payment processors, scheduling services, Zoom, Voxer, YouTube, email providers, and social media.

Sacred Beauty Life is not responsible for the availability, security, content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party platforms.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with participating in the service you select.

Sacred Beauty Life and its owners, facilitators, practitioners, contractors, and representatives will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation, use of the website, reliance on educational information, third-party platforms, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be addressed in an appropriate court located in Orange County, California, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms as our services, policies, or legal obligations change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
