There's no need for anything overly elaborate in your preparation for a sound bath. It's advisable to ensure you're well-hydrated, as sound and vibrations transmit more effectively through water. Having a light meal approximately an hour before the session is also recommended to avoid potential distractions from hunger during the experience.
Opt for loose, non-restrictive clothing or comfortable athletic wear to enhance your ability to fully immerse yourself in the experience. Consider bringing a sweater or light jacket if you're prone to feeling cold, providing an optional layer to ensure the temperature doesn't distract you during the session.
Due to varying circumstances, sound bath venues may have different offerings. To avoid uncertainty, it's advisable to check with the facilitator beforehand. Emphasizing comfort is crucial for maximizing your experience. If lying down for extended periods poses a challenge, consider bringing a light towel, pillow, or bolster to enhance comfort under your knees, head, or neck. Bringing a water bottle is also a good idea to stay hydrated during the session.
At the meditation space you can bring adjustable floor chairs that recline fully, If sitting low or lying on the ground is challenging, regular chairs are also offered. Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat if they prefer to stretch out completely. For added comfort, consider bringing a light blanket, pillow, or folded towel to support the head and neck as optional items.

If you need to bring your cell phone into the sound bath venue, ensure it's turned off or set on "do not disturb." A ringing phone can be highly distracting and disrupt your immersive experience, pulling you out of the tranquil zone.
A standard sound bath usually lasts around 45-60 minutes. For our Private Sound Bath encounter, allocate approximately 75 minutes. Larger groups might require additional time for settling in and finding comfort. An "Energy Grounding" session is also included for individual guests post-sound bath, which may extend the overall duration.
